Any good websites that ship cheap to Kuwait?

My husband is stationed there right now and he really wants a tv, it costs about $100 to ship from here (US) but I was hoping maybe there was some Cyber Monday deals that are shipping cheap to Kuwait, all I can find is free shipping the the US and Canada. Or is there any other military families out there that have found cheaper ways to ship?
