Help me plzzzzzz.......?

my internet works fine.i can browse all sites on my laptop dt has vista 32 bit operating system......d problem is dt i cant update any of my antiviruses(rest evry thing is fine) .....i jus dnt undrstnd d prb i turned off da firewall evn dt dint help....evn bittorrent doesnt work on my lappy...wt 2 do hlp plzzzzzzz!!!
