Help help help help!!!!!!!!?

so i like this guy and he gave me his number, and i gave him mine...but he didnt text me so my friends told me to text him. i did and we talked for about a hour. but that was last week and he hasnt texted me. has he lost intrest? was he ever interested in me? should i try texting him again? if i should then what should i say?? please help! thanks:)
