What is the most difficult language to learn?

I would say it's finnish or maybe arabic. finnish has like all these weird grammatical things(I live in sweden and we always have finnish text on our products like shampoo, and their words are like 1km long). I think arabic is hard since it's totally different alphabet and it's not related at all to european languages. I think icelandic would be pretty hard too. What do you think?
