Who sets up the meeting with ex...dumper or dumpee?

If you call in a couple of months it isn't a huge deal, I got dumped and it was a very messy break up and only a couple weeks later we were okay just randomly talking again. It will slowly progress in till you guys are close again. Don't flirt with him the first time though. You will just look desperate. You don't want that or he won't talk to you. Be comfortable with each other.
