How do i achieve hair like this?

A lot of people have short hair and then get extensions, just teasing the top. I used to do this to my hair but I stopped considering it took so long. You must have layers to do this. If you don't have layers it wont work. Find a good hairspray. I used Big y Hair, and it stayed in all day until I brushed it out with conditioner in the shower.Basically what you do is pick up a layer and tease the underneath. Just do this throughout your whole head and then try to smooth out the top with a brush. There are videos on youtube. Just look up 'teased hair' or 'scene hair'.
