Will this help me loose weight/fat??

You need to include more things in your diet. You are definitely lacking in the vegetable/fruit department, and you should also include more protein in your diet. Protein is the hardest for your body to burn and therefore kick starts your metabolism for the day. It sounds cheesey, but it is definitely true that you need to have 3 well balanced meals in the day which include all of the major food groups. As for "cheating" on the weekends, as long as you keep it in a degree of check which you say you're doing you should be fine. Also always remember that if you do go overboard once in a while don't just give up on yourself or anything, just start back where you left off.
