Can there ever be a platonic relationship between a guy and a woman ?

In the older days, yes when you were younger, you had a lot of men and women just friends but as times changed and media exploited a lot of things of ually nature, people gotten curious about their platonic friend, since they show friends like that making out. Even if it is a younger girl/guy with an older guy/lady, they see it so much about how ually active younger lady/guys are they want to test them to see if they are like the others. It is sad but friendship are tough with opposite especially since everything is so perverted nowadays.
