Did China start a quake on purpose or by accident via an underground nuke test?

Underground atomic detonations leave a very distinct seismic signature. Scientsts from around the world would have easily detected any underground detonation immediately prior to the quake. The article you posts states the the sources of radiation are contained with the rubble or buildings or in buildings unsafe to enter. This would suggest that the radioactive material is either from research centers or hospitals.
