HEATH LEDGER AND MARY-KATE?

ok, so before Heath died were they together? and has anyone heard about the news on questioning Mary-Kate? and shes refusing? if she doesnt know on how Heath got the illegal drugs then why is she refusing? Ive been getting real upset cuz i read the meuse that found him called Mary-Kate 4 times before she actually called 911... ok why would you call someone who is hella far away. Heath was in New York and Mary-Kate was in California. What a stupid . Ima kill her for that... And if Mary-Kate did give Heath those illegal drugs i think she should be sentenced for man slaughter and serve a life sentence... well thats what i think...
