Trying to find a sick sick horror movie I heard of?

I gotta find this cause it sounds so sick and scary. All I know that is has has to do with this really y babe who gets this creature inside of her and it talks to her and makes her go out and eat people in order to get the creature some blood. I heard that it was really sick and bloody and gory but I dont know the title. Would anyone know what this is.
