Why is it when you tell ppl not to txt or call you anymore they still do?

Ok so I used to be friends wit dis girl & I stayed at her house for 10days becuz I was suppost to move in wit her but anywaz shes bipolar & she got mad at me all da time & called me mean names I was stayin wit her & her mom & her to lil brothers & one min she was nice & da nxt min she was mean I couldent take fightin wit her anymore & so da day my family came & got me she txt me dat day & started runnin her mouth sayin da friendship is over & I agreed wit her & now she keeps txtin & callin me when I keep tellin her to quit & I will change my num but here lately Ive been ignoring her calls & txts so hopefully she'll stop soon & leave me alone Id never be her friend again
